SiteApp Inbox מופעל על ידי אוקס פרסום בע"מ (OX ADVERTISING LTD), ח.פ. 515421840, ומאפשר לעסקים לנהל שיחות WhatsApp ממספרים שלהם במסך אחד. השימוש בשירות מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלה. השירות מיועד לעסקים בלבד ואינו מוצר של Meta או של WhatsApp.
הגישה ניתנת כעת בהזמנה בלבד. אם יתווספו דמי שימוש, נודיע על כך מראש, והם יחולו רק לאחר הסכמת העסק.
אסור להשתמש בשירות לשליחת דואר זבל, להטעיה, להטרדה, לתוכן בלתי חוקי או לניסיון לעקוף את מגבלות השירות או את אבטחתו.
Meta עשויה לחייב עבור הודעות לפי המחירון שלה. החיובים האלה הם באחריות העסק, גם אם השימוש בשירות עצמו ללא תשלום.
השירות תלוי ב-WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta רשאית לשנות, להגביל או להפסיק יכולות, מספרים או חשבונות. חלק מהיכולות של אפליקציית WhatsApp Business מוגבלות או לא זמינות כאשר המספר מחובר לשירות.
העסק נשאר הבעלים של הנתונים שלו. אנחנו מעבדים אותם רק לצורך מתן השירות ובהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות.
השירות ניתן כפי שהוא. אנחנו שואפים לזמינות רציפה, אך לא מתחייבים שלא יהיו תקלות, עיכובים או אובדן הודעות. ככל שהדין מתיר, איננו אחראים לנזק עקיף, לאובדן רווחים או לחסימת מספר על ידי Meta.
העסק רשאי להפסיק להשתמש בשירות בכל עת. אנחנו רשאים להשעות או לסיים גישה במקרה של הפרת התנאים, או להפסיק את השירות בהודעה מראש. לאחר הסיום הנתונים יימחקו כמפורט במדיניות הפרטיות.
על תנאים אלה חל הדין הישראלי. סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בתל אביב-יפו.
SiteApp Inbox is operated by OX ADVERTISING LTD (Israeli company no. 515421840) and lets businesses manage WhatsApp conversations from their own numbers on one screen. Using the service means accepting these terms. The service is for businesses only and is not a product of Meta or WhatsApp.
Access is currently by invitation only. If fees are introduced, we will give advance notice and they will apply only after the business agrees.
The service may not be used for spam, deception, harassment, unlawful content, or attempts to bypass its limits or security.
Meta may charge for messages according to its rate card. These charges are the responsibility of the business, even if the service itself is free of charge.
The service depends on the WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta may change, restrict or discontinue features, numbers or accounts. Some WhatsApp Business app features are limited or unavailable while a number is connected to the service.
The business remains the owner of its data. We process it only to provide the service and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided as is. We aim for continuous availability but do not promise it will be free of faults, delays or message loss. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profits, or a number being blocked by Meta.
A business may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, or discontinue the service with prior notice. After termination, data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by Israeli law. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
