איך מבקשים מחיקה
שלחו מייל אל [email protected] עם הנושא Data deletion request, וציינו:
- מי אתם: עסק שמשתמש בשירות, עובד של עסק כזה, או אדם שפנה לעסק ב-WhatsApp.
- שם העסק, אם ידוע לכם.
- מספר הטלפון שלכם בפורמט בינלאומי.
ייתכן שנבקש לאמת שהנתונים אכן שייכים לכם לפני המחיקה.
אם התחברתם דרך פייסבוק
אפשר גם להסיר את הגישה של השירות דרך הגדרות החשבון בפייסבוק, בעמוד האפליקציות והאתרים. הסרת הגישה לבדה אינה מוחקת נתונים שכבר נשמרו, ולכן יש לשלוח גם בקשה במייל.
מה נמחק ומתי
- פרטי החשבון, טוקני הגישה, תוכן השיחות, המדיה ופרטי אנשי הקשר, בהתאם למבקש ולהיקף הבקשה.
- המחיקה מתבצעת תוך 30 יום, ומגיבויים תוך 30 יום נוספים.
- נאשר במייל כשהמחיקה הושלמה.
- נתונים שהדין מחייב לשמור יישמרו רק למשך התקופה הנדרשת.
חשוב לדעת
מחיקה אצלנו אינה מוחקת הודעות מהטלפון של העסק או של הלקוח, ואינה מוחקת נתונים שנמצאים אצל Meta או WhatsApp. אם פניתם לעסק מסוים, ייתכן שנתאם איתו את הטיפול בבקשה, כי הוא האחראי על המידע.

How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" and include:
- Who you are: a business using the service, a staff member of such a business, or a person who contacted a business on WhatsApp.
- The name of the business, if you know it.
- Your phone number in international format.
We may ask you to confirm that the data belongs to you before deleting it.
If you connected through Facebook
You can also remove the service's access in your Facebook account settings, under Apps and Websites. Removing access alone does not delete data already stored, so please also send a request by email.
What is deleted and when
- Account details, access tokens, conversation content, media and contact details, according to the requester and the scope of the request.
- Deletion is completed within 30 days, and from backups within a further 30 days.
- We will confirm by email when deletion is complete.
- Data the law requires us to keep is retained only for the required period.
Please note
Deletion on our side does not remove messages from the phone of the business or the customer, and does not delete data held by Meta or WhatsApp. If you contacted a specific business, we may coordinate the request with it, since it is responsible for that data.
